Cash Deposit Machine
Proof of Payment [CDM]
A receipt will be given to you once payment has been made through the Cash Deposit Machine. Keep it because you have to send us the proof of your payment via email [basictunic@yahoo.com]. It shall look like this once you snap it : (please make sure the image appear to be crisp and clear)
We need this proof of payment as the receipt shall indicate :
- the
amount (jumlah)
- date
(tarikh)
- time (masa)
- account number (nombor akaun)
We hope our
customer will oblige to do so as to make sure your payment wouldn’t clash
with our system or even to the other customer who might made their
payment at the same day as well.
Bank Counter
Proof of Payment via Maybank’s Counter
For those who might bank in some amount which is not in round numbers (i.e RM126), you might as well fill in the bank’s deposit slip. Retain the customer’s copy and snap it.
Send the image to us via email [basictunic@yahoo.com]. Please make sure the image appear to be crisp and clear.
This is an example on how it shall looks like :-
As you can see, we need the image with the name’s printed on it, same
goes with the total amount (i.e RM126.00) and the exact date (01OCT12).
We don't accept the image of the customer's copy which only have
your handwriting in the blocks provided.
