Proof of Payment via Maybank’s Counter: 

  For those who might bank in some amount which is not in round numbers (i.e RM126), you might as well fill in the bank’s deposit slip. Retain the customer’s copy and snap it.

  Send the image to us via email [basictunic@yahoo.com]. Please make sure the image appear to be crisp and clear.

  This is an example on how it shall looks like :-

   As you can see, we need the image with the name’s printed on it, same goes with the total amount (i.e RM126.00) and the exact date (01OCT12).    

  We don't accept the image of the customer's copy which only have your handwriting in the blocks provided.
